River Themed Mindful Drawing & Writing Session

We’re delighted to host the amazing illustrator Padmacandra here at Not Just Books as part of Thetford’s Creative Carnival upstairs in The Den.

Padmacandra is an illustrator based in Norfolk.  As an experienced & creative workshop leader in mindfulness & poetry, she is keen to share her experience leading events with children, helping to enable doorways into imagination, and new possibilities.
Her debut book, The Tale of the Whale,  invites children to imagine the beauty of the sea, and consider their responsibilities to the environment, with a direct plea to end plastic pollution.

We look forward to you joining us at 10.30am Friday 12th August.  Suggested age range 5-8years.  We do ask that parents and guardian remain present and do not leave children unattended.
